This Giving Tuesday we need your help to continue making an impact!
The coronavirus pandemic has challenged everyone, and EENP is no exception. While we are able to continue caring for our dogs and supporting our existing placements, there are many challenges. We have halted all events, including fundraising events, and are not able to move forward with our next cycle of placements that were slated for June. This dries up significant funding that is driven by events and placements. Meanwhile, we have 56 dogs in our care and 7 clients who were expecting to be partnered with assistance dogs this year!
We are rising to the challenge of rethinking how we train our dogs and make our placements in this new world, but we need your help to get us through this crisis. During the week of May 5-11, we need to raise $25,000 -- one month of our current operating expenses.
Some longtime friends of EENP want to motivate you to help out. They are matching unrestricted donations to our Giving Tuesday campaign made before May 12, 2020, up $2,500 per donor and a total of $12,500.
That's right, if you donate $2,500, your gift will be doubled for a total impact of $5,000!
Use the form below to ensure your gift is included in the campaign. You can donate online using a credit card or PayPal, or offline by check, through a donor advised fund, or by donating stock or mutual funds.
Donations postmarked by May 11, 2020 will be counted toward the challenge.
If you would like to donate through a donor advised fund, make a securities donation, or donate with another method where you don't control the mailing date, simply email maria@eenp.org with a copy of the confirmation you receive when you make the request and your gift will be included in the challenge.
